Marwan Bin Galita, chief executive of Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera), said the Dubai government is considering a proposal that would provide short-term visas for foreign investors in the real estate sector. He said the government is considering this measure because there is no direct link between property ownership and residence visas in Dubai, reported Gulf News.
